A clear process brings confidence to an important decision. Our workshop, your family and the cemetery each have a role in preparing a memorial for its permanent home.

Select the memorial style, granite colour and size. Share the cemetery name, section and plot details so its requirements can be checked.

Review & Approve
Carefully review the design proof, inscriptions and placement. Production requires your signed approval and the necessary cemetery approval.

Craft & Finish
Your memorial is prepared according to the approved layout. Stock availability, special materials and custom work affect the schedule.

Deliver & Place
Delivery is arranged for an approved receiving location. Installation follows cemetery permission, foundation readiness and scheduling.

Once the required approvals and order information are complete and the stone or materials are available at our workshop. Design revisions, material availability, holiday closures and cemetery requirements can extend the overall timeline.

We arrange upright monument delivery and installation within our service area where cemetery rules permit. Ontario delivery and installation availability are quoted for each location and order.
Upright monuments
Installation requires cemetery authorization, a suitable completed foundation and site access. Confirm the installation scope and charges in your written quotation.
Flat, pillow, slanted & bronze markers
Placement is generally handled by the cemetery. Where a cemetery permits an outside installer, contractor arrangements may be available at an additional cost.
Foundation & cemetery fees
The cemetery arranges its required foundation. Foundation, permit and care or maintenance fees are separate from our services unless expressly included in your quotation.
FREIGHT & RECEIVING
The right destination.
A smooth handover.
Granite memorials over 150 lb generally travel by freight to a staffed cemetery or business equipped to unload them. Smaller granite items may travel by freight or courier, depending on the order.
The cemetery must confirm acceptance before shipment. Unattended locations cannot receive delivery. Liftgate service or an alternative receiving facility may incur extra charges. A specific arrival time or advance carrier call cannot be guaranteed.
Bronze-only courier shipments: allow an estimated 5–10 business days in transit, depending on destination, in addition to production.

Take your time with the final proof. Lettering and design are produced from the layout you approve. Please resolve any questions before signing.

Is installation included in the production time?
No. Production estimates cover preparation of the memorial. Delivery and installation are arranged separately and depend on cemetery authorization, foundation readiness, access and scheduling.
Why might a custom memorial take longer?
A non-stock shape, size or colour requires additional sourcing and manufacturing. Inbound shipping, design revisions and holiday closures can also add time. Ask for an estimate specific to your selection.
Can a memorial be installed in winter?
Winter access and installation permissions vary by cemetery and site conditions. Please contact us with your cemetery details so availability can be checked for your order.
What should I do if freight arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment at receipt where possible. Photograph the packaging and any visible damage, record it with the carrier and contact our team promptly with your order number so the next steps can be reviewed.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Please contact our team immediately with your order number. Eligibility and any applicable charges must be checked against your written order terms and the status of approval, materials and production. Obtain written confirmation of any agreed change or cancellation.
