Flower Delivery Service and Policy

• Service Area: Toronto (GTA area), Caledon, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, New Market, Pickering, Ajax. For other area, please call us "905-282-0555" or "Online Chat" to confirm the delivery if we can make it. 

• Monday Morning Delivery - Order by Saturday at 12 noon in the recipient's time zone

• Morning Delivery Tuesday through Saturday - Order by 1 pm in the recipient's time zone on the day before (24 hours Notice)

• Afternoon Delivery Monday through Saturday - Orders must be placed with a 24 hours lead-time

• Sunday Delivery is available in some areas - In those areas, Please call 905-282-0555 or online chat to confirm the type of flower which it is available. 

• The shipping cost will appear ($20.00 additional charge) if the total price(tax is not included) is less than $99.

• For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the floral arrangement for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During major holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 9 pm. it will be extra charge for 2nd delivery.

• For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. During holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 5 pm.

• Please note: Casket Outlet's florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

• For funeral service, the flower will be delivered before viewing time of funeral which customer provide to us. customer need provide the accurate time for funeral service.

• All pricing, fees and order total will be disclosed on the Billing and Review step of the checkout process, above the ‘I CONFIRM MY ORDER’ button.
